What situations can a Stephen Minister help with?
If you are struggling with the loss of a loved one, a Stephen Minister can help you to process your feelings of grief.
If you have been diagnosed with an illness, a Stephen Minister can listen as you express your fears and hopes. A Stephen Minister can walk with you as you go through treatment.
Perhaps you have just moved to Colorado Springs and are having difficulty adjusting to this new area. A Stephen Minister can help you find ways to cope with your new environment.
A Stephen Minister can help with just about any difficult situation you may be struggling with.
How often do I meet with a Stephen Minister?
Generally, you would meet with your Stephen Minister once a week for about an hour. This is your opportunity to talk about your thoughts and feelings with an objective Christian person who cares very much about you.
